KDKA — A family has filed a lawsuit alleging employees at a senior living facility took nude photos of a patient and posted them to social media. Attorney Rob Peirce is representing the family in this case. He said it took months to investigate and Tuesday morning, a lawsuit was filed. Peirce said a picture or video was taken of the woman nude from the waist down in her shower chair over a bowel movement.

Ninety is the new Or at least that's the message that a couple of senior citizen homes in Ohio are sending with a charity calendar they've put together with photos of least a dozen residents in their 80s and 90s, who are scantily clad, and apparently having a ball. One year-old resident literally holds a ball — an exercise ball — in a picture on one of the calendar's pages. The only visible piece of clothing on her is a sweatband holding back her silver hair.
